Ivan is a good guy and try to do the right thing while putting up our deck (pictured posted by company). However he was told many times about the errors the first crew was doing. He was never onsite and the projection manager did not manage. Just had a crew there putting up stuff that wasn't even right. We have pictures of a whole bunch of mistakes. He kept saying it will get fixed. He hired a 2nd crew (Edgar A.) that did an awesome job fixing the mistakes of the 1st crew. Unfortunately not everything was able to be corrected and the 2nd crew salvaged the work of the first crew. Unfortunately, they were never paid for their services and thus our deck was mostly but not entirely completed.  We have still have a mess we have to clean up. Ivan said they were GOING OUT OF BUSINESS and that I need to hire someone else to finish the work.
